Women In Research aims to achieve its objectives through the following strategies:
- Make research an integral part of programme design and implementation to ensure efficacy of projects that have a direct benefit to the target groups.
- Educate and increase awareness among young men and women so that they are able to make better choices about their lives and future.
- To establish links and partnerships amongst organisations that offer similar intervention programmes.
- Build internal research capacity within organisations to conduct ‘self-research’ in order improve intervention design and implementation.
- Act as a resource and referral mechanism for people and organisations.
